The McKenzie method a natural treatment for conventional medicine

The McKenzie method is a popular form of therapy by many physiotherapists, chiropractors and other health care professionals. It is to relieve actively to the patient with a series of specific exercises for the back and neck pain. A physical therapist from New Zealand with the name Robin McKenzie in the 1960s developed the McKenzie method. Constant forward curve Stand with your feet. Head over to reach, and then set the hands down, for the feet to reach. Allow to hang your head and relax.

Seated forward curve - upright sitting on the floor with your legs spread. Go your hands on your feet to the front. You can easily and simply relax the head writing. Keep for up to one minute.

Lying spine extension -lie flat on your stomach. Place your hands under your shoulders. Press in the floor and lift your upper body to slightly forward. Keep for up to one minute.

Single leg stretch - lie flat on your back. Bring the right foot and reach for the leg with his hands. Carefully pull it into the body. Keep flat on the ground the legs straight and the back. Repeat the exercise on the left leg.

Spinal flexion -lie on the ground on the back. Bend both knees and embrace them in the chest, with your arms. Keep your head on the floor and your neck relaxed. Keep for up to one minute.

Seated look neck stretch - upright you sit on a Stuhl.Halten your hands on your pages and your feet flat on the ground. Write your Chin to the chest and extend the back of the neck. Keep for up to one minute.
